Key Responsibilities

Service Department Leadership

Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Lead and develop service staff, monitor performance, and implement best practices. Oversee scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.

Sales & Business Development

Generate new leads and close sales to grow the business. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotes. Track sales activities and performance metrics.

Operational Management

Ensure smooth communication between departments and clients. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions. Support budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
Qualifications

Proven experience in

service management, sales, or business development

(preferably in a service-based industry). Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both people and processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term growth. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Compensation

Base Wage + Commissions

on sales. Performance-based bonuses.
