All Green offers a growing range of pest control and wildlife services which currently include insect control, rodent control, raccoon, skunk, and bird removal, for residential, strata, commercial and industrial properties.

We're seeking a

confident, customer-focused

individual to support our growing pest control team. This role requires someone who is

comfortable handling phone conversations

,

understands service-based scheduling

, and can

assist with inbound sales

in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Answer inbound calls and emails with professionalism and confidence Convert

warm inbound leads

into booked services Schedule, adjust, and coordinate technician service routes Close and guide customers through the sales process Act as a communication hub between the office and field staff Provide pest control and wildlife education to every customer Compile service notes into customer quotes Effective use of our CRM. Previous CRM experience is an asset but not required

You're a Great Fit If You:

Are

comfortable speaking on the phone and leading conversations

Have

basic sales instincts

and aren't shy about promoting services Have

experience scheduling service routes

or working in a dispatch environment Enjoy working with customers and problem-solving in real time Are detail-oriented, organized, and can manage time efficiently Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills (proactive and reactive)
