Service Roofing Labourers

Job Description
We are looking for Labourers to join our Service Roofing Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, and a commitment to safety. This role involves working on roofing service projects, assisting with repairs, maintenance, and installations, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
Duties
Assist with roofing service work, including repairs, inspections, and maintenance. Operate hand tools effectively for various roofing and construction tasks. Perform heavy lifting as required to transport materials and equipment. Work with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Work safely at heights and follow fall protection protocols.
Experience
No experience required, but previous roofing or construction experience is an asset. Familiarity with hand tools and roofing equipment is an asset. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday. Comfortable working at heights.
Working Conditions
Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 AM, minimum 9-hour shifts. Fast-paced environment. Work outdoors in all weather conditions (winter cold and summer heat). Projects are located at various sites; having your own vehicle is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
