Job Description

As a Service Representative, Group Benefits, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients. Working in the Business Development team, you are called to know and keep up to date with our newest products and service through multiple departments and channels, all while building and maintain business relationships with your advisors and clients. You are asked to review, understand, and answer complex requests and help promote our offering based on client needs and the team's business objectives. You work with clients with diverse needs and significant development potential for your sector. You analyze member/client needs and develop and implement personalized solutions. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. Your work and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of business. More specifically, you will be required to:

Establish and maintain business relationships with assigned advisors and clients, through calls and e-mails Be the 411/911 for employers by helping answer their questions and investigate dissatisfactions Working with multiple departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients and advisors Collect, compile and analyze data Prepare reports and recommendations Review documents, implement new sales and track work accordingly Stay on top of the latest standards, products, and services in your field

College diploma in a related field A minimum of two years of relevant experience Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered Group benefits and customer service experience Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients Available to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
