Pay: $19 CAD T4
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete
Optimizer requests
accurately and within service-level timelines.
Process
FCT payouts
related to mortgage discharges and servicing activities.
Actively monitor and manage the
shared mailbox
, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Check and respond to
voicemail inquiries
, providing clear and professional communication.
Navigate and update multiple internal systems on a daily basis to support mortgage servicing workflows.
Maintain high attention to detail when handling documentation, financial data, and customer requests.
Collaborate effectively with team members and internal partners to ensure smooth operational execution.
Adhere to established procedures, compliance requirements, and internal service standard
