Job Description

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Associate - Service Representative

to join the

Mortgage Service Centre

team. This role supports the end-to-end mortgage servicing lifecycle, with a primary focus on

mortgage discharge processing

and related servicing activities.


The successful candidate will work within a structured, high-volume environment, navigating multiple internal systems while managing time-sensitive requests and communications. This opportunity is well suited for an early-career professional who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to develop experience within mortgage servicing and financial operations.


Location:

Mississauga, ON (Hybrid - 2 days in office, 1 set day and 1 floating)


Contract Length:

6 Months (Extension or FTE Conversion Possible)


Hours:

9 AM-5 PM EST


Pay: $19 CAD T4


RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete

Optimizer requests

accurately and within service-level timelines. Process

FCT payouts

related to mortgage discharges and servicing activities. Actively monitor and manage the

shared mailbox

, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Check and respond to

voicemail inquiries

, providing clear and professional communication. Navigate and update multiple internal systems on a daily basis to support mortgage servicing workflows. Maintain high attention to detail when handling documentation, financial data, and customer requests. Collaborate effectively with team members and internal partners to ensure smooth operational execution. Adhere to established procedures, compliance requirements, and internal service standard

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong

attention to detail

and organizational skills. Effective

skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and mortgage servicing concepts.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience using

Microsoft Office Suite

(Outlook, Excel, Word). Previous exposure to banking, financial services, or administrative processing environments.
