Service Receptionist

Our company has an opportunity for a results-focused and highly driven Service Receptionist. We are looking for a qualified and responsible individual to fill this Full-Time Position. Must be friendly, efficient, reliable, organized, work well with others, and have excellent phone manners.

Job Responsibilities

Answering incoming phone calls Responsible for efficient and knowledgeable appointment scheduling Appointment confirmation and next day appointment reminder phone calls Updating the database with appointment cancellations Balancing the Service Department's appointment calendar by working with Service Writers Responsible for creating and updating customer IDS electric profiles (phone numbers, address, email, etc.) Knowing and communicate staff schedules and if required changes to the right service staff members Any other items as directed by the Assistant Service Manager and Service Manager requirements

Education/Experience

Clerical, customer service and office experience. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work Saturdays.
