Description
- Welcoming guests into the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assess guest needs and guide them to the appropriate dealership staff member
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and customer waiting area.
- Administrative duties as assigned such as monitoring inventory and ordering office
supplies; filing, copying and scanning documents; receiving, sorting, and distributing
mail and courier packages
- Completing reports etc. as requested by management.
- Perform other duties as required/requested by management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Our receptionist is the face of our dealership to our guests and must have a natural
ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone, always
leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the company
- Strong communication skills and some data entry skills are required
- Demonstrate commitment to exceptional customer service with a willingness to go
the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to multi-task will ensure
you succeed in this role
- Previous Reception and/or Customer Service experience an asset
- Mandarin speaking is an asset
