We're looking for a

Service Receptionist

The Drive Ahead

Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner Schedule service appointments and support customers with inquiries Update customer and vehicle information in the database Assist with coordinating courtesy cars, special orders, and airport service Support service advisors and warranty administration as needed Help maintain customer files and review completed jobs for quality Perform general administrative tasks and assist with department meetings Provide backup to service team members when required

Performance Essentials

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or service advisor role Basic bookkeeping experience is an asset Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Exceptional customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail Professional appearance and positive attitude Full-time availability -- typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
