Black & McDonald's New Brunswick Service team is growing! This position reports directly to the Project Engineering Team Lead for New Brunswick, and will be working within the Service group located at 1350 Aviation Avenue, Dieppe NB.
As a Project Sales Representative, you will primarily be responsible for developing & selling projects within our existing
client base. As a member of the Service Sales Team, you will work with our clients to design and estimate solutions that
achieve their business objectives and assist in the development of long-term client relationships with Black & McDonald.
This position involves:
Working on a full range of mechanical service projects opportunities including Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Building Automation Controls, Gas/Propane and Oil work in the commercial, retail, manufacturing and institutional markets.
The ability to understand client requirements and sell solutions which provide short- and long-term solutions for them.
The ability to prepare, present and sell personalized written proposals, with energy analysis and cost justifications for existing and new clients.
Maintaining and enhancing client relationships through ongoing business development.
The skill to qualify opportunities, negotiate client needs and gain commitment.
Prepare estimates for our various service offerings, design and develop custom solutions adapted to our customers' needs.
Completing concise reporting of sales backlog, sales plan activity and monthly results (Salesforce).
Supporting our service group and maintaining strong communications with the technicians in the field.
Arranging for the purchasing of materials as well as assist in the scheduling, planning and implementation of secured projects.
Consulting and communicating with our business partners: suppliers, sub-contractors, utilities and inspectors.
