As part of the Motion Canada Operations team, you will be reporting to the Project Operations Manager and lead the execution of Drive and Motor Service projects and ABB Customer Care Agreements. You will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the customer orders.
Your responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to ABB processes for project execution
  • Take full ownership of customer related issues and drive them to completion
  • Develop Service project execution plans and lead the planning and implementation
  • Coordinate project team effort including engineering, testing, site work activities and sub-contractors
  • Monitor orders to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
  • Analyze project risks, and record lessons learned
  • Work closely with the ABB Account Managers to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare quotes and implement contract changes based on customer requests.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Your background
  • Engineering Degree with 3-5 years project execution experience or relevant experience
  • Project Management PMP Designation, an asset
  • Knowledge and/or experience with drives products and ability to conduct technical discussions
  • Bilingualism written and spoken (French and English)
  • Great communication skills and customer focus
  • Planning, organizing

  • Working in virtual team and different time zone
  • Good sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • SAP knowledge and Logistics are considered an asset.
