At DRX, we specialize in high-end automotive customization, including paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, performance accessories, and bespoke vehicle upgrades. We pride ourselves on attention to detail, craftsmanship, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

We're looking for a Service & Project Advisor to join our growing team -- someone who's organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You'll Do

Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person Provide consultations and accurate project quotes based on client needs and shop capabilities Schedule vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, keeping track of timelines and project flow Coordinate with technicians and team leads to align daily tasks and ensure smooth project execution Create and manage service forms to track job details and perform quality control on completed work Educate clients on services before and after work is completed to manage expectations and reduce issues Support general shop operations, including ordering materials, assisting with facility improvements, and organizing tools/equipment Help maintain a clean, professional front office environment Occasionally work flexible hours or overtime to meet project deadlines Assist with shop events and internal initiatives that build team culture

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects at once Attention to detail and pride in delivering a premium customer experience Interest or background in automotive services (PPF, detailing, or performance mods is a plus) Comfortable with technology (Google Sheets, inventory/order tracking, etc.) Self-motivated with a team-first attitude

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Prior experience in the automotive, service, or customization industry Knowledge of ICBC claims or working with body shops Sales or service advisor experience in a dealership or shop setting

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
