Do

Diagnose

and repair residenti

al plumbing issues

to run safely and efficiently.

Support

customers with care

, providing quality solutions in a friendly and professional way.

Recommend products and services

to meet customer needs and improve their comfort.

Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked

, so you're ready for every job.

Complete all paperwork accurately and on time

, including job notes and service records.

Show up on time, work hard, and be a positive and reliable part of the Fox team.

Take part in regular training

to build your technical and customer service skills.

Who You Are

2+ years of residential plumbing experience, with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Committed to delivering excellent customer service with professionalism and care. You're willing to get a Class 5 driver's license and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, even in busy or changing environments. You're organized, reliable, and an independent worker with minimal supervision. You're comfortable with technology and open to learning new tools and systems.
