We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

Service Technician / Plumber

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for on-site service activities such as pipe and drain inspection, site reports, and making service recommendations. You will keep the equipment and vehicle stocked and clean, and work with a Service Scheduler to ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient fashion.

Key Duties

Safe operation of a service van including driving, parking, set-up, and loadout of equipment. Site setup and camera insert into water, sanitary sewer, and storm water pipe systems. Operation of various augers and water jetter equipment to clean/flush various diameters of pipes including commercial and multi-family buildings. Install of backflow valves and aid with bypass operations. Installation of water lines. Drainage spot repairs and clean-out installations Record and transfer accurate, usable inspection video. Maintain and clean equipment. Communicate and guide customers concerning drainage issues, repair options, and service recommendations. Draws accurate drainage system maps for Service Scheduler. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Attend and adhere to company safety meetings, policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications

3+ years of Service Plumber Technician, CCTV camera, and/or drain inspection work required. TQ an asset but not necessary. Related work such as underground utility, plumbing, or perimeter drain inspection considered an asset. Skills with understanding pipe inspection equipment, marking legends, Site Document software, locating mainline taps and clean-outs.

Pay: $36.00-$43.00 per hour
