Job Summary



We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The Plumber will work closely with other team member's and must be capable of troubleshooting gas appliances and repairs in compliance with local codes.

We are seeking red seal journeyman with class A and B gas as well as those in there 3rd and 4th year of their apprenticeship.

Responsibilities



Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and gas appliances. Perform routine maintenance on plumbing and gas systems to prevent issues.. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Understanding of basic HVAC systems. Conduct assessments of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Execute heavy lifting as required for installations or repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all work performed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.

Qualifications



Proven experience in plumbing or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to plumbing tasks. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday. Pay: $34.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
