Summary / Objective



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Partner Relations/Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive support to two departments operating under the same leadership umbrella:

Procurement

and the

Service Partner Community

. Both functions fall within the scope of the

Partner Relations

division. The successful candidate will work closely with and support the Senior Managers of both departments, based in Canada, delivering a wide range of administrative and operational assistance.

Essential Functions - Procurement



You will work across departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our sourcing processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance between independent work and collaborative efforts.

Support the Senior Manager of Procurement as needed, by gathering market pricing in preparation for upcoming tender initiatives. Gather and analyze procurement-related data to support decision-making.
During peak landscaping and snow seasons, you will:

Support the sourcing of sites for landscaping and snow management services across Canada.
This will involve engaging in negotiations and facilitating the adoption of technology with a wide range of blue-collar contractors.

Essential Functions - SP Community



You will work across departments to ensure SP recruitment in Canada, and SP qualification.

Diversify the Canadian SP Community early and often by identifying new potential relationships and adding them to the system. Support the Senior Manager of SP Community by targeting the areas directed that have been identified as underperforming or lacking competitiveness. Engage with Service Partners to gather information on their available fleet assets, labor capacity, and access to necessary materials. Identify populations within the system who have not yet been contacted or engaged by Landscape Effects Property Management Corp., with the goal of initiating and building new relationships.

Competencies



Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with partners and internal stakeholders. Solid knowledge of procurement processes and best practices. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Salesforce is considered an asset. Willingness to travel within Canada or USA 2-3 times per year for business needs. Experience or familiarity with snow and ice control or landscaping is a plus, but not required.*

Required Education and Experience



Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field Basic knowledge of business-to-business relationships Familiarity with Salesforce is strongly preferred but not required Proven track record of building relationships Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work



This is a full-time, salaried position, working 40+ hours Monday - Friday with weekend work required as determined by the needs of the business and weather events.

Travel



Occasional travel within North America is required for trade shows and company events, as determined by business needs.
