Duties Include, but are not limited too:



Clerical and reception tasks such as data entry, filing, ordering office and shop supplies, answering the phone, emails and text messages. Booking of rental trailers, including taking phone calls, filling out contracts, scheduling, and returns. Physically and digitally receive & stock parts - including labelling, pricing and shelving. Support in selling parts, including customer service, invoicing and money collection. Email communications with our customers. Parts showroom organization, setting up and maintaining attractive, organized displays. Posting to our social media pages and website. Assisting our parts and service managers as required. On-the-job training is provided.

Experience and Skills required:



Excellent computer and organizational skills. Ability to work well alone or in groups. Good communication skills with office staff, clients and service technicians. Ability to balance multiple tasks at once. Technical knowledge of trailers and parts an asset but not required. Experience with upkeeping websites as asset. Social media knowledge an asset. Excellent people skills. Excellent customer service experience. Ability to lift 30 pounds daily.
This position is full time. Hours are 2-week schedules (Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00), week 2 Tuesday - Saturday (Saturday 9:00-1:00)

Full-time, casual dress, free on-site parking.
