• Working with dealership service managers to coordinate and implement marketing communications for OEM vehicle service offers, and specialized lists for recalls, denied service work and more.
• Tracking and updating offers shown within regularly automated emails in a timely manner.
• Continually learning, expanding, maintaining and even designing and creating automated customer journeys.
• Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support the segmentation of customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Help monitor and analyze campaign performance and deliverability while providing insights for optimization and future initiatives. You love reporting, and we love that!
• Automating manual tasks to improve efficiency whenever possible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support database marketing efforts.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in database marketing.

What You Bring:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• High learning agility, strong capability for problem-solving, data analytic & decision making and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting tact, good judgment, diplomacy, and flexibility.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be computer, tech, and software savvy, experienced and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office suite-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with marketing automation/email platforms, data analytics tools, and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in database marketing, CRM, or a related field (including internships).
• Vehicle or car industry knowledge is not required but is always an asset should you have it.
