Service Marketing Communications Specialist

Collaborating directly with our Manager of Database Marketing & Automations and Service Managers - as well as the rest of our industry-leading marketing team, you'll be hands-on, driving service results and given all the tools to do it. You'll use this skillset to help the dealers find the best customers, grow their business, and influence consumers in a positive way throughout their vehicle servicing journey.

Your Responsibilities:



Working with dealership service managers to coordinate and implement marketing communications for OEM vehicle service offers, and specialized lists for recalls, denied service work and more. Tracking and updating offers shown within regularly automated emails in a timely manner. Continually learning, expanding, maintaining and even designing and creating automated customer journeys. Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations. Support the segmentation of customer data for targeted marketing campaigns. Help monitor and analyze campaign performance and deliverability while providing insights for optimization and future initiatives. You love reporting, and we love that! Automating manual tasks to improve efficiency whenever possible. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support database marketing efforts. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in database marketing.

What You Bring:





Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), and interpersonal skills. High learning agility, strong capability for problem-solving, data analytic & decision making and comfortable with ambiguity. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting tact, good judgment, diplomacy, and flexibility. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be computer, tech, and software savvy, experienced and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office suite-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with marketing automation/email platforms, data analytics tools, and CRM systems. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in database marketing, CRM, or a related field (including internships). Vehicle or car industry knowledge is not required but is always an asset should you have it.
