is seeking a full time qualifiedService Manager.

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Service Department and all of it's employees. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. Understand and comply with Hyundai's warranty and service procedures. Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to achieve expectations. Build a stable and successful team of technicians and advisors. Attend to customer's concerns.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Manager is
required
. Class 5 Driver's License. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbally. Must possess exceptional problem solving skills. Must be able to provide an outstanding customer experience.
