We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our team, drive growth, and ensure superior service performance. This position offers the potential for career progression into corporate management for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and high-quality work. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and department goals. Maintain strong relationships with customers through transparent communication and exceptional service. Manage MPI Claims, fleet maintenance, and warranty repairs accurately and efficiently. Monitor productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics. Ensure adherence to safety, company, and industry standards. Collaborate with ownership and corporate leadership on business growth initiatives. Be willing to operate the location up to 6 days a week when required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager or in a similar leadership role. Proven record of team leadership, training, and growth within an automotive environment. Strong understanding of MPI Claims, fleet management, and vehicle maintenance operations. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Strong business acumen and attention to operational details. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
