We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, construction and truck and trailer equipment across 10 locations in Saskatchewan.Redhead Equipment has an exciting career opportunity for a Service Manager at our Regina branch. This position will oversee the repair and maintenance of heavy trucking and construction equipment. The Service Manager will provide leadership to a department of professionally trained Service Technicians, Foreman, and Service Administration staff.Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:
- Exemplary leadership abilities and experience in a similar position
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the equipment service industry
- Having a Journeyperson certificate in a related field would be beneficial but not necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in an effective and efficient manner
- Inspired to identify and capitalize on the significant growth opportunities in the service industry
