Service Manager - Prince George, BC

Service Manager

to oversee and grow our Service Department at our Prince George, BC dealership. You'll play a key role in driving team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and keeping our service operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and mentor the Service team to deliver excellent results Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, and quality assurance Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations Monitor department KPIs and financial targets, taking corrective action when needed Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Handle recruitment, hiring, and workforce planning Build strong relationships with employees, suppliers, and customers Promote a positive, productive, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

High school diploma (post-secondary diploma/degree in a technical or mechanical field preferred) 5+ years of management experience in a technical, mechanical, RV, or automotive environment Strong leadership and team development skills Mechanical knowledge with proven ability in repair techniques and maintenance operations Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities Red Seal Certification (preferred) Valid driver's license

Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 annually, plus bonus. Compensation will be determined based on relevant RV industry experience.
