We are a growing company seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team at Allen Fire and Safety in a full-time, in-office role. As our Service Manager you will play in integral role in managing the day to day operations of the service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire safety service management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support technicians and uphold quality service standards
Work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet high quality standards
Provide technical support and mentor our service team
Review and approve reports, repair estimates and invoices
Work closely with our admin coordinator to review the technicians schedule
Order and track parts for service and repair jobs
Assist with creating an implementing procedures for office and field
Assisting Developing training programs
Requirements:
Previous Service Manager experience in the fire safety industry is required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Effective time management and prioritization abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented with solid problem solving abilities
Valid drivers licence and a vehicle is required
ASTTBC or CFAA is a valuable asset
