What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and motivate Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff.
Ensure every customer receives a top-rated Service experience -- from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Monitor daily operations for maximum efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Handle escalated customer concerns with care and professionalism.
Manage Technician workflow, dispatch, and repair quality control.
Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Marketing teams to support Dealership goals.
Ensure compliance with Ford and Lincoln warranty guidelines, manufacturer standards and customer experience expectations.
What You Bring:
3-5 years of experience in service management or senior service advising (Automotive Dealership experience strongly preferred).
Strong knowledge of Ford/Lincoln vehicles and service procedures (an asset).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong quantitative orientation and focus on profitable growth
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS - PBS experience is an asset) and service scheduling tools.
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
