Position Overview

As

Sales and Service Manager

, you will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor technicians, coordinate projects from start to finish, and play a pivotal role in the sales process for new installations.

Gas A or B Ticket

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and schedule technicians and projects Coordinate with other departments for efficient workflow Manage materials and supplies requisition Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards Provide accurate estimates and drive sales for new installations Lead training and mentoring initiatives Maintain detailed records for compliance, billing, and project documentation

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

Starting at $100,000/year (negotiable)
