Focus on the support to Client dealers and customers.
Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' and dealers' concerns.
Providing technical support for Client products to dealers and customers.
Communicating with dealers, spare parts team, sales team workshop team, etc. to ensure that services and parts are delivered effectively.
Responsible for handling warranty cases of Client products.
Providing product training and service training for dealers and customers.
Collecting feedback and suggestions from dealers and customers, working with the Client team to improve machines.
Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
Complete other related tasks arranged by the manager
