Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team at our Cambridge Depot. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our medical equipment services meet the highest standards, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional care in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficient workflow. Manage service technologist to uphold quality standards. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance customer satisfaction. Implement effective service strategies to improve operational efficiency. Monitor service performance metrics and report on progress. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standard Complete all quotations and invoicing for our customers Manage open work orders for customers

Qualifications

Proven experience in a service management role, preferably within the medical equipment sector. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Experience managing a team of technicians or service staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements. Familiarity with medical equipment servicing is a plus.
