Oversees all the daily operations for Brunch / Lunch / Dinner
Responsibilities & Tasks
Ensure proper service staffing to maximize productivity and maintain high-quality food and service, thereby exceeding guests' satisfaction.
Emphasize to ensure consistency with our standard of set portion sizes, presentation, taste, and texture.
Proper delegation of tasks is planned and implemented.
Provide excellent guest service for table service, guest inquiry, and promote the restaurant.
Promote professional work habits, encourage associates to act with integrity, and recognize this trait in others; reward them appropriately.
Addresses guests ' feedback and complaints immediately for problem-solving effectively
Order and purchase the service inventories and supplies to maintain an adequate par level while ensuring the operation runs smoothly and exceeds guests' expectations
Follow through with all repairs and maintenance, and notify the owners of any work that is required.
Coordinate and deal with regular governmental inspection (e.g., health and fire prevention inspectors)
Experience, Skills & Requirements
Require at least 2 years of managerial working experience in food and beverage service or a comparable position in the hospitality industry.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills to build and lead a collaborative team to achieve the company's goals.
With exceptional technical, interpersonal, and communication skills to foster a positive and safe work environment, motivate teams, and seek new challenges
Conflict management skills are essential for meeting guest and employee satisfaction independently.
With comprehensive knowledge to utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and POS systems
Note that social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) are preferred.
Familiarize yourself with safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.
Ability to conduct oneself calmly and effectively under pressure
Solutions-oriented and detail-oriented individual with a high degree of professionalism
Passionate about food and beverage and customer service
Valid Smart Serve Certificate is a MUST
A valid Driver's license is preferred.
