Reporting to the Benefits Advisor, this position combines administrative expertise with client relationship management to support the benefits and pension team's workflow effectively. Being the first point of contact for client, prospect, and plan administrator inquiries, you will provide administrative support, contribute to projects, and actively participate in meetings ensuring client satisfaction standards.Ideal PersonYou will bring a post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Business or Administration and at least 3 years of experience in a client service administrative role. Experience in group benefits and pension is highly desirable. Technical proficiency at an intermediate level, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), is essential. You are highly organized, with strong skills in prioritizing, multitasking, and following through on tasks.
