What You'll Do
Identify and promote new products and services to customers
Achieve budget and efficiency targets within established time frames
Build and maintain an effective service team
Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve customer service goals
Model and champion the company's dedication to providing excellent customer service
Set expectations for each member of the service team and ensure team members meet expectations
Address customer complaints and concerns that have been escalated in a timely and professional manner
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention levels
Maintain excellent Health & Safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Motivate and support the service team and always lead by example
Schedule and check status of work orders
Manage daily service and delivery schedules
Monitor Technicians and delivery staff to ensure internal and external delivery dates are met
Monitor and respond to service related e-mails and telephone inquiries
Work closely with the Customer Service Representative to ensure high demand inventory (batteries etc.) is maintained at an appropriate level to deliver service commitments
All other duties as assigned
What We'd Like From You
3-5 years of Customer Service experience in the marine or automotive industry considered an asset
3-5 years Management experience
Pleasure Craft Operator Card
Able to work irregular hours during peak periods including weekends
Able to work in variable work environments and conditions, both indoors and outdoors
