In this hybrid role (approximately
50% travel
), you will be responsible for
selling solution-based electrical service proposals
and achieving sales and order objectives for Engineering Services.
The position can be based in
Delta, BC
or
Kamloops, BC
, with
full benefits starting on day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of solution-based
electrical service offerings
across the BC market.
Achieve assigned
sales and order targets
within designated key accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert consultation and service recommendations.
Identify new business opportunities and assist with the expansion of the customer base.
Stay current on
digital technologies and electrification trends
in the industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum
2 years of sales and/or field experience
in the electrical industry.
Must hold a
valid driver's license
and be willing to travel (including overnight trips).
Must reside
within 100 km
of Delta, BC or Kamloops, BC.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (no corporate sponsorship available).
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of total sales experience
, including
2+ years of outside sales
in the electrical industry.
Strong
technical background
--engineering or technologist education preferred.
Ability to
read and interpret single-line and schematic diagrams.
Proven track record of managing and growing a sales territory.

Pay: $84,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
