Gram Equipment is currently hiring Service Engineers, in the US. In this position, you will have the opportunity to service first-class ice cream equipment.

Tasks

Execute installation and commissioning of new installations, service tacks as well as upgrades on existing installations on the customer site. Secure targeted and optimum execution of installation projects and service activities. Prepare weekly Installation/ Service reports during and after completion of installation and service tasks. Conduct technical user training for custumers' maintenance crew. Support and work with the company's Engineering/ Service department on development of new products. When needed - support back-office colleagues on technical questions/ cases. When needed - Participate in development of the company's training programs. Effectively communicate with costumers, sales teams and partners to ensure that costumers needs and demands are understood and met - provide feedback to Field service management. Interface with customers to establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship as well as follow up with customers' concerns and problems

Personal Qualifications

Able to work under pressure and solve issues independently Resourceful and creative in developing solutions to on-site problems Willing to work overtime and flexible hours on the customer's site Responsive to customer needs and ability to maintain positive customer relationships Strong organizational skills and proactive approach Good interpersonal and communication skills

Please note that you must be able to travel extensively (up to 200 days/year).
