The Big Task
You'll diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential and light commercial electrical systems while leading customers to confident, informed buying decisions. You'll represent the company with professionalism, technical excellence, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Sub-Tasks
Communicate effectively with dispatch, parts, and leadership teams.
Complete all ServiceTitan job notes, forms, and follow-ups accurately.
Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked.
Perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and safety inspections.
Identify additional service opportunities and provide clear recommendations to customers.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude.
Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions.
Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all safety protocols.
Desired Skills and Experience
Alberta Journeyman Electrician (or equivalent Interprovincial Red Seal).
Minimum 2 years of residential or commercial service experience.
Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent customer communication and professionalism.
Clean Class 5 driver's license.
Ability to learn and use ServiceTitan or similar field service software.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
