Primary Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Repairs and maintenance to fire alarm, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, and suppression systems
Procuring materials for approved deficiency quotes
Working with customers to determine the most economical and efficient route for their deficiencies and/or repairs
Additional responsibilities for this role could include but are not limited to:
Deficiency quoting from annual inspections of fire alarm, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, etc
Assisting Fire Alarm Dept with tender packages (take offs, shop drawings, etc)
Assisting technicians with materials, reports, and information
Assisting with inspections and programming
Required Qualifications:
Valid driver's license
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Clean criminal record report
Red Seal Electrician Certificate
Excellent communications skills both verbal & written
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm availability
Travel for work and/or after-hours work
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Fire Protection Industry
Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical background an asset
Previous experience in estimating an asset
Allpoints' Compensation Package Includes:
Competitive wage from $32/hr - $42/hr annually depending on experience
