• Answering and directing phone calls
• Booking and scheduling service appointments
• Selling monthly membership contracts
• Data entry and maintenance of databases
• Preparation and processing of documents.
• Providing administrative support to other staff when necessary
• Other duties assigned by management as needed

Qualifications:

• IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to build trust, defuse conflict and hold others accountable.
• Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
• Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.
• Must be able to work with technicians to ensure correct completion of job. Must have very pleasant telephone demeanor.
• Fluency in English is required (clear telephone voice)
• High School Diploma
• Proven track record in customer service
• HVAC experience is an asset, but not necessary.
