We are currently looking to add another Service Dispatcher / Administrative Support Employee as our crew forces are growing within our dynamic team. : Service Dispatch / Admin Support in Peddie Office
To provide administrative and clerical support for office and field staff.
Interface with all levels of Property managers to ensure service execution is being executed upon all levels from the leak call dispatching to the approval and signing of the follow-up reports.
Requirements and skills
Basic knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Administration Responsibilities
Training and implementation of online database for field operations. Priority for the next 1-3 months 2025.
Answering phone calls and emails from clients as required facilitating service requests and follow-up communication.
Operating Peddie Roofing Online System coordination. Monitoring, scheduling, dispatching, and collecting of data from service foremen.
Reporting upon projects with frequent leaks to service manager and be an interface account manager for the property managers. Be support role for various accounts.
Participate in Service Safety, Production and or Foreman's Meetings as required.
Type tenders/reports, proofreading, photocopy, emailing, correspondence, and spreadsheets.
Set-up and keep track of jobs in the service system.
Maintain Tender/Job List in Excel spreadsheet and Job Book
Maintain filing system for Tenders and Active/Dead Jobs
Order office supplies
Research and locate information from internet (maps, addresses, postal codes, etc.)
Create and maintain templates
Ordering of printed material such as brochures, business cards, letterhead, etc.
Book hotel reservations for crews as directed
GPS provider liaison and system monitoring during the day
Dispatch incoming/outgoing couriers over internet (Purolator/West Direct)
Organize year-end archiving of Tenders and Job Files
Maintain photocopier/fax machine, telephone system and voice mail, and change foreman on-call weekly.

Pay: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
