Job Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Store Maintenance Operations, the Service Desk Rep, Store Maintenance will be responsible for providing support to stores and ensuring efficient maintenance operations and continuous improvement across all locations in Canada and the United States. You will be required to support and assist in day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and limit any impacts to operations while maximizing cost efficiencies and synergies. You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick and mortar retailer to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.
