The SDA provides day-to-day administrative and tier 1 -2 support to users of both hardware, software systems, and applications.The SDA is skilled in customer service; interpersonal, written and oral communication; balancing, prioritizing and organizing multiple tasks. The SDA is able to work collaboratively in teams; synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly; build and maintain strong relationships across the business; problem solve; and be able to understand customer needs.
