What you will be doing

Welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide service updates with clarity and professionalism Accurately create repair and maintenance estimates based on technician diagnostics and customer concerns Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to ensure timely service delivery Manage appointments, vehicle status updates, and follow-ups through shop management software
Full time Mon to Fri. in an enjoyable environment
No stat holidays or weekends (we believe in family time).

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfortable using shop management software (RO Writer, Mitchell 1, or similar). Strong data entry and digital communication skills required. Ability to handle unexpected issues (e.g., parts delays, warranty questions) with calm, solution-oriented thinking. Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair considered an asset

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
