The Service CSR administers all service documentation for the service department. Your aim is to be a reliable Customer Service Representative. Providing top-notch customer service support and a positive attitude are essential. Work efforts must align with the needs of the Service Manager and Service Techs while acting as a good steward of the company's service business.
Principle Accountabilities:

Work safely and in alignment with all health & safety regulations.
Be knowledgeable on all aspects of our service business systems. Training will be provided.
Handle, direct, and action inbound customer communications.
Create and distribute return authorizations for customer units in need of repair.
Handle the sign-in process for customer units.
Open service quotes for service techs, help with presentation and distribution to the client.
Create and communicate purchase orders to our vendors.
Expedite repairs with our vendors.
Pick parts for service work.
Handle customer inquiries on repair status.
Facilitate parts transactions from the warehouse to the Service Order.
Create shipping paperwork and communicate shipping needs to our warehouse team.
Process credit card transactions.
Convert Service Orders to Service Invoices in our billing system.
Coordinate electrical inspections for sales units.
Attend to A/R and A/P activities associated with the Service and rental business.
Support other offices during peak periods and vacation and sick coverage.
Full participation in annual warehouse inventory and unit fleet counts.
Support the rental department as directed by management.
Other duties as required by Hoskin management.
Requirements and Skills:
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline would be considered an
ASSET
.
Possess proven analytical/problem-solving solutions for the customer and the company.
Must have a positive attitude
Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be organized with good time management skills.
Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications. Precisely Microsoft Outlook
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment to meet or exceed goals.
Partner with key stakeholders, such as sales, finance, rentals, and shipping, for the growth and ongoing operations of Hoskin's Service Department's business.
Must be able to build and maintain solid relationships with customers who are renting equipment or services from the company. This will involve understanding customer needs, providing excellent service, and addressing concerns or issues
