WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
2+ years of experience in high-volume administration and customer service
1-3 years of industry experience or related field preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); Yardi experience is an asset
Ability to assess issues and recommend effective solutions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and effective maintenance operations across multiple properties. You will act as a central hub for communication, resource management, and service coordination.
