We are a busy and growing HVAC & Plumbing company looking for a
Service Coordinator
who can also support
entry-level administrative duties
. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys being the hub of a fast-paced team.
What You'll Do:
Dispatch and coordinate
4-6 service technicians
daily
Schedule jobs and communicate with technicians in the field
Provide excellent
customer service
to clients
Handle
invoicing and basic billing
Answer phones and assist with
light reception duties
Perform
data entry
and maintain service records
Assist with
payroll, timesheets, and administrative support
Support the team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
