About the Role



We're seeking an organized and energetic

Service Coordinator

to join our team. In this essential customer-facing role, you'll be the vital link between our clients and our service technicians, ensuring seamless coordination of wheelchair, scooter, and mobility equipment repairs.

Responsibilities



Customer Service & Communication:

Handle inbound customer calls and make outbound calls to clients with patience and professionalism

Scheduling & Coordination:



Schedule and coordinate service appointments for mobility equipment repairs Coordinate closely with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery and proper resource allocation Schedule company technicians and sales staff to optimize efficiency and ensure on-time arrivals with correct equipment Ensure technicians arrive with needed products/equipment that are properly set up by in-house technicians

Administrative & System Management:



Provide accurate quotes for parts and services using our Odoo system Process incoming repair and rental requests and handle invoicing Use company software to track delivered products/equipment to prevent loss or misplacement Ensure technicians' notes are properly processed with action items addressed Process necessary paperwork quickly and accurately Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Primary telephone receptionist as required. Serve as a compassionate point of contact for our customers Communicate with customers regarding quotations and applicable charges, ensuring upfront agreement Process incoming repair requests with proactive strategies to suggest additional beneficial products and services Provide backup front counter reception support, ensuring showroom customers receive timely assistance

What We're looking for



2-3 years of customer service experience Strong work ethic with proven attendance record Exceptional phone communication skills with patience when working with clients Ability to articulate clearly and present information professionally to customers Must speak clearly, understandably, and when necessary, loudly for elderly clients Strong analytical and listening skills

Technical Proficiencies:



Typing speed of minimum 50 words per minute Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Ability to quickly learn company-specific software systems (Odoo experience preferred) Excellent math skills
