Job Description

Service Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies. Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Filling in for a variety of job duties that may be required as coworkers are on vacation.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Service Coordinator experience or related office experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong computer skills Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately

Salary: $44,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
