Fina Electrical is looking for a highly organized and proactive

Service Coordinator

to join our team. This role is key in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating service work, supporting field technicians, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities




Service Coordination & Scheduling




Schedule and dispatch technicians based on location, priority, and skills Optimize routes and monitor active jobs to ensure efficient service Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and managing expectations Create and manage service orders, permits, inspections, and job profitability tracking

Project & Service Support




Maintain and update project schedules, documentation, and communication Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams Prepare and process invoices, payment certificates, and closeout documents Manage project close-out including final inspections, reports, and follow-up emails with upsell and review requests

Technician & Team Support




Assign service calls and provide job details to technicians Manage on-call schedules, track time off, and vacation requests Onboard new team members, provide training, and log apprentice hours with the ITA

Customer Service & Compliance




Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and provide small job quotes as needed Build and maintain professional client relationships Set up new customer profiles in Sage Maintain contractor compliance systems (e.g., ComplyWorks, Avetta, eCompliance)

Administration & Reporting




Keep organized records of service requests, reports, and internal documentation Track job progress, technician performance, and accounts receivable

Event & Process Coordination




Assist in planning service-related and client appreciation events Coordinate event logistics including vendors, materials, and communication Identify workflow improvements and train staff on systems such as SSO

Qualifications




Previous experience in coordination, dispatch, or administrative roles (electrical or construction industry an asset) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Familiarity with systems such as Sage, SSO, and contractor compliance platforms * Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
