Service Coordinator

With more than 60 years of success in the food equipment industry, our client is recognized worldwide for its high-quality equipment, innovative engineering, and outstanding service and support.They are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to support our Service team. Salary: $55,000 \xe2\x80\x93 60,000 + benefits package

Benefits: Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, auto allowance, paid 3 weeks vacation and sick days

Shifts: Mon- Fri 8.30 am to 5.00 pm at Burlington Office

Education:

• Associate degree, GED, or High school diploma
• Previous work experience in Customer Service or Client Relations in an Engineering or Manufacturing Environment, preference given to those with Food and/or Beverage Manufacturing Experience
• Computer literacy with experience in all Microsoft products with advanced expertise in Excel and Word

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take care of our customers
• Accurately prepare job tickets and quotes for review and invoicing
• Effectively prepare job tickets and quotes for review and invoicing
• Time tracking and reporting of service jobs
• Travel coordination and support for international travel
• Contractor pre-qualification management
• Maintain open/missing job tickets and follow up
• Work with customers for service billing and follow up
• Create and maintain process flow documents
• Continuous improvement mindset (best practices, initiatives)
• Database upkeep
• Additional duties as needed and assigned
