Summary of Position:

The Service Coordinator is responsible to greet Service customers with the warmest welcome, to maintain the flow of vehicles in the Drive Thru, and to use the highest courtesy to park customers' and courtesy vehicles.

KPIs:



Is courteous and professional at all times when interacting with customers, greeting all customers promptly and making sure that they are always given great service Ensures customers' needs are addressed while coordinating their Service Appointment Ensures customers are transferred to service advisors within 15 minutes of arrival or otherwise keeps them informed of wait time. Treats vehicles and customer's personal belongings with integrity - items are not touched or removed from the vehicle and settings are not changed or are returned to original settings Proactively resolves problems and issues independently Keeps the showroom and customer lounge pristine at all times, the customer lounge fully stocked and the reception desk area neat and tidy in order to maintain a professional image Drives safely at all times and has zero car accidents

Duties & Responsibilities:



Meets and greets all customers as they arrive in the Drive Thru/Service Reception in a courteous and professional manner. Telephone reception duties, responding to phone calls with professionalism and transferring calls to the appropriate parties. Checks-in customers for appointments then directs to appropriate service advisor, or lounge. Create and update Customer Files (Address, phone number etc.) Advise Service Advisors of next appointment and take messages for them Provide administrative support such as general filing and photocopying, ordering of supplies/forms, and photocopying service forms Maintains the flow of traffic through drive thru of customers' cars to the back lot Communicates with service wash staff and service advisors in order to coordinate vehicle handoff and pickup, decreasing delays for customers Vacuum and wash customers vehicles duties may be required. Keeps back lot of service vehicles organized Books valet pickup services for clients and confirms the valet appointment the day prior between both parties Maintains and cleans the Drive Thru area as needed Performs customer shuttle and valet service Re-supplies refreshments in Drive Thru and Customer Lounge (i.e., Water, coffee) Adheres to Company Uniform Policy Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications:



Valid BC Driver's License, Class 7 or Class 5 and must be able to provide driving abstract. Friendly, customer service oriented Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities Ability to work independently and take initiative, with little or no supervision Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills Professional communicator

Compensation:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Environment:




Our hours of operations are below. The hours and days of work are dependent on your role with a 40-hour workweek for full-time employment.

9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm Sunday & Statutory Holidays
