Job Summary
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and hard-working person to join our team as a
Service Consultant / Shop Assistant
. This is a mixed role where you'll spend time helping customers up front and lending a hand in the shop. If you like variety in your day, this could be a great fit!Duties
Greeting customers, writing up their service requests, and keeping them updated Helping with scheduling, estimates, and simple paperwork Assisting in the shop -- removing parts, organizing tools, and helping technicians when needed Keeping the shop clean and safe (sweeping, mopping floors, taking out garbage, washing bathrooms, etc.)
Qualifications
Good communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude Willingness to jump in with both customer service and shop work Reliable and organized, with attention to detail Automotive experience is helpful, but not required -- we'll train the right person
