Job Description

The Service Center Manager at this Oil Change location is responsible for the following:

- Maximize profitability of the Oil Change Service Centre by delivering a preferred consumer experience. Lead employee recruiting, selection, development and performance management.

- Ensure Environmental Health and Safety compliance for consumers and employees.

- They will assist in building a loyal base of consumers by delivering a superior automotive experience built on trust and the utmost professionalism. This is accomplished by flawless execution of our process and motivating employees to delight the customer.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Build a high-performance team capable of differentiating our service experience from all other service providers. Requires ability to select employees that possess key competencies and fit the company culture. This position is responsible for developing each employee and blending them into a highly motivated team, committed to our Vision & Values.

- Candidate must have a minimum of two years successful performance as a retail manager. This includes, but is not limited to: meeting or exceeding profit plans; successfully implementing new products/services; successfully meeting customer demands; increasing car counts on an annual basis; etc.

- Candidate must have executed a personal development plan which includes but is not limited to: serving as an informal SCM mentor and executing professional personal development initiatives.

- Candidate must have successfully developed a track record within his/her area for developing superior talent, strong personal sales and leading by example on the shop floor.

- Candidate must be proficient in all core SCM competencies, have demonstrated the following areas are strengths:

o Employee Training

o Sizing Up People/Developing Direct Reports

o Customer Focus

o Drive for Results

o Conflict Management

Manager base pay is negotiable based on experience, we also have quarterly bonuses. Manager also receives a bonus based on personal in store sales each pay period.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
