Winnipeg Hyundai Service Department is currently looking to fill the role of Service Cashier. This is an entry level multi-role position and is great for anyone who is looking to start their career in the Service Department.
Duties include:
Greeting all customers promptly when they come in to pick up their vehicle from the Service Department
Review service work that was completed
Collect payment from customers
Answering incoming service calls and directing them when needed
Back up to our Appointment Coordinator- assisting in booking service appointments when needed
Providing excellent customer service to all of our customers
Obtain or update customer information in database
Data Entry
What we expect from you:
Availability Monday - Friday
Previous experience in a dealership an asset
Strong work ethic
Be a team player
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Dependability, reliability, accountability and commitment to exceptional customer service
Previous PBS and Hyundai experience an asset
